QNAP NAS Community Forum

Im new to virtualization station and want to setup my first VM setup. I would like to know if its possible to have the VM get the ip as the same as the NAS. for example my main PC Ip is set 192.168.254.102, my nas is set to 192.168.254.120. When i boot into the VM it shows an ip 192.168.254.10. How can i get the VM to use either the same ip from the nas or pc. i plan to run a server on this vm

The VM will / should never have the same IP as another computer. Each system on your network must have a unique address.
What are you trying to accomplish?
