Characters ^ and " not working in Virtualization station 3.0

I can't get these (^ and ") two characters working in any VM (both Windows as Linux) under Virtualization station 3.0.
All the other keys are responding correct. The chosen Keyboard Layout English (US) is the correct on.
Wanted to install Nessus on Kali but i'm not able to use the " for the checksum.
Any ideas?
