VM apps failed http internal server error 500

Post by mtalento72 »

Hi all,
I have a TS853 Pro with one VM installed. I cannot be able anymore to load VM admin page. Browser returns an internal server error 500.

I checked ssh and app is running (virsh does not return error).

APP version 3.5.57
Firmware 4.5.4.1741

Do you have any idea to solve the issue? Basically I did not change anything so I don't understand the behaviour.

Also:
I tried to remove and reinstall the (even manually) and now I don't see anymore the VM (using virsh) but I still have IMG file. How I could restore - after restarting the app :D - the VM?

Thanks a lot.

Having problem starting Virtualization Station, click on app and I get this (I x'd out my port address):
The webpage at https://192.168.0.5:xxxxx/qvs/?v=3.5.57&date=2021-09-15&windowId=QKVM might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Virtualization Station Version is 3.5.57, firmware 4.5.4.1741

Ticket submitted to qnap

EDIT: Problem resolved, it was my Chrome browser.
My thanks go out to Tommy at Qnap Support, he suggested trying a different browser. Firefox worked fine, so went back into Chrome and cleared browsing and download histories, cached images and files, and qnap cookies. Closed/reopened the browser, logged back into the ts-251+, and now it works again.
