What do you like more? VS or Virtual Box at this point?

Well thanks for the information, I am having trouble with both VS and VB with regards to importing VM's from VMware.

I had a few VM's (Windows 2008 R2) that I want to use. Originally on ESXi 5.1, imported into VMware Workstation 10 then converted to OVF.

When I import the VM I got an error

Thoughts?

At this point for me I like VB over VS. I would like to see things from both but that's because I live and breath ESXi at work...and these wishes are for the dork at home :)

First thank you Philippe!

Importing a VM from VMware that you need to do the following to be able to import the VM without a BSOD.

I exported the VM from ESXi into VMworstation 10.
Powered up and removed VMtools and unnecessary hardware. Serial/Floppy.
Changed the controller from SCSI to IDE
Restarted VM
Did export from VMWorkstation to OVF
Import into VT
Install VM Driver

Success!
