Chrome Extension Not Saving Image/Note

Chrome Extension Not Saving Image/Note
I have the Note Station Clipper extension installed on Chrome and I have signed into it successfully. However, I can not seem to get it to save any images of webpages I click on any one of "Save as Note", "Save as simple Note", "Save full page as image" "Save visible area as image" and nothing saves to Note Station. Does anyone else have this issue?

The image you show and the one I downloaded are the same however they differ from the one shown by QNAP at this address...

...with a 2017 date (at the bottom of the page). The one we have is 2015, so how does one get the proper one to allow small areas to be copied??
[Edit} I have raised a ticket to find where to get the version shown in the tutorial.
