Disappearing Notes

I just spent 4 hours entering a new note yesterday.
Today I clicked on the right hand side the different notes, then when I went to yesterdays note its GONE.
Can you please fix this problem, its a real pain and real issue.
WHY DOES this NAS delete my NOTES?
All I did was click on the different notes on the right hand side of the page quickly.
HOW CAN I GET MY NOTE BACK?
Is it backed up somewhere?

This is the WORST piece of software I ever used in my entire life.
Not stable at all, not sure how the hell it got released and/or tested.
The import from EVERNOTE does not work at all when you select all notes.
You have to do each note, one at a time.

I have an 869-pro using newest firmware
