Hand holding needed to get Notes Station going

I have installed Notes Station 2 on my NAS. TS-251 running 4.3.4.0435. Install was ok and Container Station is running. When I click on open then a url opens https://myqnap/qnote and I then get a message that the web site cannot be found. I tried the actual ip but same message. Where do I go from here?
