problem with intermediate certificate

i've setup a new ssl certificate
the certificate itself works fine, but all ssl checks fail on the intermediate
i've imported many kinds of intermediate and none works
maybe i can do that manually somehow?
my certificate is from Sectigo (former Comodo)
