Apache Serverlogs not available

Post by pabatribick »

Hello,

I've set up a new Qnap device TS453-D with a webserver. I know, from older Qnap Versions (TS-212) I got all apache access, notice and warn logs.

If I switch to /usr/local/apache/logs there is a file called apache.log with upstart informations:

Code: Select all

AH00558: apache: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 10.0.5.1. Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message
Syntax OK
that's all in this file! An folder called error exists, but this directory is empty. Now i tried to edit the apache conf file, but after a restart oft the webserver, its resetted.

I can't see which errors PHP is throwing, because I get only 500 Server errors and this isn't helpful.

Qnap-Version: 5.0.0.2055

What can I do to fix this?

Same issue here, I'm trying to enable access and error logs but without any luck.

You could try searching this directory, although in my case this doesn't contain any useful log files:

Code: Select all

/mnt/ext/opt/apache/logs
