Updating Qnap PHP 7.3 with the PHP-FPM file (7.4) worked like a charm.
Thank you for making my day.

PHP 7.4 is included in the latest firmware.
It's even a newer PHP.

But you can download the zip file to your PC.
Extract it with an unzipper
Open the desktop of your NAS
Open App Center
Open Install Manual
Tick Browse and find the extracted file on your PC
Tick Install
And you're done.
That was the beauty of the PHP-FPM file.

When you remove PHP-FPM in App Center you are back on the PHP in the firmware.

Now I wish there was a PHP-FPM 8.0 or 8.1 available.

Hello! Do you still have this package?
