Recreating Web Folder

Hi,
I have mistakenly deleted the Web folder when i wanted to move it to another partition and am unable to restore it or recreate it.
Now my web server cannot be restarted.
Appreciate some help.
Currently using a TVS-h1688X witn QTS Heroh5.0.1.2277

internal web for gui or the builtin apache ?

internal should be restored upon reboot
