Just wanted to add that after I changed the two ini files I needed to go the gui and reapply the php.ini file for it to take. I first verified that my changes had made it via the GUI.

A catastrophe ;-) I tolerated this delay for several years, which made my work very cumbersome. This solution works, thank you very much !!!
