A centralize server to index other NAS files and folder?

Hi everyone. I have a question that I search the forum and did not come across an answer. I hope someone can shed some light to me.

I have 3 NAS, each connected to a single network. However, I want the users can search the files easily across the 3 NAS, For example, the files and folder kept create and updating themselves and it will be great for a server/sql or some sort to monitor the file/folder changes in these 3 NAS, a web base client would be the best.

Something similar to this idea? Many thanks
