Increase Heap Space Java - GitBucket?

Hi there,
I would really appreciate some help with this - Got a GitBucket server on our Qnap, and now I keep getting error from SourceTree
"error: unpack failed: error Java heap space"

I have checked everywhere, and aparently I need to increase some kind of heap space. I cannot find anywhere where to do so, or how.
I am using GitBucket 4.10.

Could anyone help with this? I am really stuck.
