Please pardon my (most likely) novice question. I'd been using my QNAP TS-251 as a DVR for the Channels application. For some reason, one day last week when I went to open the app on the QNAP, it would not connect and simply say "Safari can't connect to the server" or something along those lines. Thinking it was an issue with Channels, I downloaded Plex and got the same error when trying to open the app to configure the server.
Any ideas what might be going on? Any insight is much appreciated!

has your NAS recently been updated to a newer QTS Version (e.g: 4.3.3)?
If Yes -> open a ticket. I think there is a issue within this firmware update.
