Log in to MySQL Server using MySQL Workbench.

Hello all,

I am new to SQL.

I'd like to log in to the SQL server on my QNAP NAS using MySQL Workbench. I can already connect with phpMyAdmin. The NAS is connected via ethernet to my Mac.

Here is what I am entering in the set up page.

When I test the connection, I get this message:

Failed to Connect to MySQL at 192.168.0.98:3306 with user root. Bad Handshake.

Can anybody help me with this?
