Phpmyadmin mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002)

Hello,

I try to create a database but when I try to connect I have this message: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused

I ticked activate server sql and enable TCP / IP network

I tried the default passwords but nothing

I tried to modify the config file but nothing changes (instead of localshost I even put 127.0.0.1 as advised)

What should I do ?
