NPS Logs to MySQL

Hello,
I'm trying to send my 802.1X NPS logs to my QNAP MySQL. Already available on port 3306 though it's a local access.
I am quite confused as the steps I'm supposed to complete in order to get this to work.
On Windows this is the interface I should fill up
And on my QNAP this is the user and its privileges
192.168.0.250 is the internal VM trying to access the DB.
My QNAP is a TS-453A with 16gb of RAM , I'm on MariaDB 5.5.57 , my PhPMyAdmin is the latest available on QNAP, my PHP version is 5.6.38.
HOW MANY things am I doing wrong?
