QNAP Web Server issue

Hi,

Recently I did reset my QNAP and after that, I am having a weird problem. Lots of staff are not working and I assume it's due to WebServer being down. When I try to manually start the webserver it advises updating with the latest firmware. I already did but still cant see any option to start the webserver! Please advise.

installing a Public Beta firmware riddled with bugs on a NAS that is is clearly a Product NAS needed by staff is not the way to go.

I suggest rolling back to a known working firmware or contact QNAP via submitting a Ticket.

The Webserver is afaik not responsible for any other function of the NAS!
I did not enable the Webserver at some of my NAS devices and do not have any issue.
I agree that its most likely the beta version that causes your problems.

if the OP has functions other than a basic web service then the beta and future firmwares will break tons of apps.
