Web Server Set Default Website

I have several sites under /Web directory. How can I set a default route so that when I type in my local IP like this: 192.168.0.100 it will route to 192.168.0.100/WordPress?

Best IHMO is to create virtual hosts with different ports and folders.
So you can access Wordpress by using IP:port#

In addition you have separated your web pages.
