How configure Joomla and MySQL?

Hi,
I would like to know the standard values for my TS-209 Pro? I've searched the web for guides for my 209 and also the FAQs - but with no result
Is there a SQL-server on my QNAP and if there is... what are the settings for this software?
This is my 209 data...
Model: TS-209 Pro
Firmware: 2.0.1-0416T
HD: 2xWD 3200
HD config: RAID 1
OS: Win XP Pro
When I try to configure Joomla it asks me for the "Host name" of my SQL-server, "user name" and also the "database name"?
Where do I find this information - is it the name of my QNAP-machine the name of my user account for the QNAP-machine?
I've tried to use the same information that I have for my 209, but the respons is
"Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL".
Is there an easy "step by step" information somewhere on how to configure this QNAP webserver or someone who can explain what data to fill in the fields?
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I can't reach my PHP-link "http://192.168.0.20:80/phpMyAdmin/". The respons is "The requested URL /phpMyAdmin/ was not found on this server."
It's really strange to configure this machine since a lot of information of how it works seems to be missing... I've been working with "SQL server" before and even though it is way more advanced I find it easier to understand...
Is the information I'm looking for located in thePHP-link that I can not open, maybe?
