Can I use my shares for storage of Sonarr movies before I mvoe them to Plex or directly to Plex? When I select root folders for Sonarr, I don't see any of my shares only the root directories fro my Qnap.

Sorry if this has been asked before but no search finds any results.

I'm getting this error which seems to indicate missing Mediainfo

Code: Select all

MediaInfo Library could not be loaded libmediainfo.so.0 assembly:<unknown assembly> type:<unknown type> member:(null)
Anyone got a fix?

EDIT: I had a look in

Code: Select all

/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Qmono/lib/
but could not find any 'libmediainfo.so.0' file.

EDIT2: I fixed it. I had to install "Media Info CLI (Shared)" from the Qnap Club repository. Then copy the libmediainfo.so.0 file into the QSonarr3 folder:

Code: Select all

cp /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/MediaInfoShared/lib/libmediainfo.so.0 /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/QSonarr3

Just to say thanks a lot! Had the same issue but you solved it for me... Still no clue on why it happened and if it was a real issue

I am thrilled to find this :) Can you explain the part about moving the file and how to find that file? I got FileZilla and was able to find the file (although mine is: libmediainfo.so.0.0.0 I can't seem to copy it or past it or even download it. Sorry I'm not the most tech savy-just enough to get close and get in trouble!
