I have updated the app, but it still tells me it's 3.0.5675.1QNAP_Stephane wrote:updated ot last 5713.1
Sorry, after another try it did show the updated version. Don't know why...QNAP_Stephane wrote:Strange, mine display well :
Version 3.0.5713.1
Emby Server is up to date
Running on http port 8096, and https port 8920.
Your NAS is based on a Marvel chipset, so Emby does not work on your NAS.argonavt wrote:Sorry, but where I can find installation steps for Emby on Qnap?
I downloaded Mono 4.0.2, installed it on computer, downloaded MediaBrouser_1.150
What I need to do next?
Does Emby will work on my QNAP Nas-412U?
It will not work with this package.flammenwurfer wrote:Awww, bummer. So emby is not working on arm at all huh? Any idea if there's a chance it will in the future?
You might try stopping the app in the QNAP app dash board then wait a little while, log into the NAS via ssh and check that the mono instance is not still running and kill it if it is or just reboot the NAS. Then start the app again from the QNAP app dash board.webregkey wrote: Update: Removing and reinstalling doesn't help. Neither the previous version nor the newest version work now. Any help is appreciated.
Normally yes, but we'll need to leave the actual answer to that for @QNAP_Stephanewebregkey wrote:One question though. Am I supposed to be able to update Emby by installing the new version over the old one at all or do I really need to remove the old version and then install the new one after that?
