Hi,

for some strange reason my plexpy is not reachable anymore, despite running perfectly for months time.
Restart (Qnap), Restart APP via webgui, start/stop/restart via SSH of PlexPy.sh have not helped either.
I reinstalled the package on top of the existing one has not helped either.

Did anybody else encounter a similar problem? Could it be that a plexpy git update broke the setup?

*** UPDATE ***
looked like the database of plexpy was corrupted after system freeze and restart.
Only older automatic db backup worked as a recovery db

best regards
Lenny

oh my bad. I thought that my Qnap TS-670 with i7 supports x64. I wasn't aware that there is/will be a QTS 4.3 which natively supports x64.
Is there any news on QTS 4.3 somewhere?

I'm running a TS-451 with 4.2.2 and am trying to install the x64 version through the QPKG. Installation seems to have completed successfully, but keep getting an error of "the site cannot be reached" when opening 192.168.1.8:8659. I saw that it could be under port 8181 as well, but that doesn't work either. Page one indicates that it could be due to not changing the SSL portion of the config file, but /opt/PlexPy/CONFIG is empty. Did the install fail? am i looking at the wrong location for the config file? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

I Installed plexpy seemingly without any issues, however when trying to access it I get http://192.168.1.130:8659/ This site refused to connect. I looked at the /opt/PlexPy directory if it is the ssl issue but cannot find a config file there. I try to run the PlexPy.sh script sh PlexPy.sh start but get /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexPy/bin/python: error while loading shared libraries: libutil.so.1: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32

I am on a TV-EC1080, with QNAP FW 4.2.2 Build 20160901 if that makes a difference, (and just in case pwilson reads this)
TS-809 Pro, 8 x 3Tb

I did. I installed PlexPy_1.4.10.0_x86_64.qpkg.zip, I assume that is the correct one?
