once install, log in ssh to set a password typing : retroclient -setpass
on it is done, just stop and restart QPKG, it is done
Your NAS should be seen on your Retrospect Server and ready to be backup

I tried on my 670P with latest QTS
4.2.0 build 20160311
The Qpkg install perfectly, set pass ok, addd my nas to RetroServer DB by standard way" without any problem, refresh Ok, etc .... BUT i can see only the client No Volumes (was familiar with old 7.7 Clent to have a lot of "Volumes" and have to know whare are things on QNAP NAS, but looks like the 9.5 Client or, something in your .pkg (i am not familiar about what you can don in a .qpkg , seen add missing libs, perhap a way to lnk to "another" mtab ?), is unuable or prevent reading and /or interpreting the mtab.

Any idea, help (or confirmation all was working with yours, which QTS versions ).
