Same problem again. Installed latest update and it didn't restart itself. Tried restarting in App Center, didn't work. Tried restarting Mono first, didn't work. Out of ideas now...HTPCS wrote:Shutdown Qmono and start again then launch radarr, and let sit for 10 minutes before loading.
What's the command line to restart it?

I'm having the same issue here - stopping / starting Qmono and Radarr did work a few times. Re-installing using App Center also worked a few times but now i'm constantly stuck on the loading screen. I manually reset the database (which was horrible to lose all the movies that had been indexed properly) and that doesnt solve the problem either. In general though when I restart the QNAP machine Radarr does work for a period of time.
Any thoughts from anyone else?
Side note -- I also have Sonarr installed and have absolutely no issue with that one.

a) make sure you backuo the database? Is it just showing server error or something else?
b) I also have no issue with Sonarr just with Radarr. Usually when updating. You can manually restart it with /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Radarr/Radarr.sh restart I think
c) otherwise I've usually had to reboot the whole NAS which is really annoying sometimes

Automatic update not working no matter what I do. Can we get an updated qpkg to 0.2.0.846?

Which files & folders inside the GitHub download should I overwrite with? I see various folders for debian, osx, src and others but I'm not sure which ones to overwrite for my QNAP installation.gpvelzen wrote:its a bug, https://github.com/Radarr/Radarr/issues/2037

EDIT: Ok got some help from the Discord channel. needed to overwrite everything in the /.qpkg/radarr/radarr folder with everything in the Linux release.

Re: [ Radarr ] [ 0.2.0.696] fork of Sonarr aims to turn it into something like Couchpotato
Not sure if this is the right place to post to apologise if it's not.
I've just installed Radarr to my Qnap TS-653A but when launching i get an error that it can't connect to the web interface so I can't access setup. I've SSH into the device and it appears to be installed ok under /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Radarr/Radarr
I've just used the machine ip:7878 and localhost but no joy.
Anyone have any tips or advice?

Can someone give me an idiot's guide to manually updating this using the files from GitHub? I'm not terribly familiar with command line work. TIA.

Why don't you want to use the built-in update?

The built in update breaks the install. It seems to be a known issue.

Oh really? It's worked fine for me for both Sonarr and Radarr. Since when?
