may be an issue with QJDK8 on x31.. try other version
i cant check now.. my TS-231 is broken

ok found the bug with Java on x31
Java refuse to launch due to missing symlink in /lib
i ve open a bug internally on Mantis... ld-linux-armhf.so.3 should exist in /lib as symlink and pointing to ld-2.14.1.so
adding this symlink make Logicaldoc working.. and other Java application as well

You think that I have to delete previous installation and simply reinstall?

no need.. all java based on QJDK8 will not start due this symlink missing
unless it is fix on NAS firmware you need to create this link each time NAS starting
fix in ssh
then restart LogicalDoc (or the other java QJDK8 based qpkg )

looks ok...
just stop and restart logicaldoc within Appcenter.. it should run now... after some moment webui will display

please check if java is working
/opt/QJDK8/bin/java
all action are to be done in web browser .. just click open on LogicalDoc appcenter icon for WebUI

I've just updated the application from 7.7.4 to 7.7.6, but unfortunately, I can not find the docs from the previous version. Any help or guidance to recover it's highly appreciated.

Actually, the previous version I've had should have been 7.6.4 (installation was done in October 2017), not 7.7.4 (released this year). I thought that it would be a good ideea to rollback to 7.6.4, so I uninstalled the update and tried to reinstall 7.6.4 from qnapclub store. I am getting an error on setup, 500 internal server error, check the logs.
When I try to login with my old credentials, the access is denied.
Would you please help me solve this, as I really got stuck in here?
