Is there a chance that I run this app remoteely via mobile or browser which is not on the same network as NAS?

My NAS is accessible via internet and I can see the NAS main menu, but when I try to open this particular app (Wake On Lan) it takes me back to my router config URL :/

use a vpn to access your network .. do expose it to the whole world...then you should be able to access this program as well
