Sorry, I'm not a Plex user and am unable to support it. :(
Fair enough. I was just hoping you recognised the DNS issues and had some pointers for that.

Has anyone upgraded SAB to v3.0? Is it ok? It's available to download but not in app centre.

I'm running it now ok 3.3.0

Hi. After updating my QNAP firmware to 4.5.3.1697, my Sickchill fails to start. SickChill.log shows the following:

Yup, and I think it's now fixed. I've just updated my SickChill from GitHub and it started fine. :D

Please restart yours to update it again:

Code: Select all

/etc/init.d/sickchill.sh restart

After restarting my NAS I got an error when I tried to manually start EW because it didn't start automatically. I then updated my NAS to the latest firmware version 4.5.4.1715 but EW also didn't start then. Then I tried to reinstall EW but got the following error message:

Code: Select all

A required NAS system file is missing (/opt/bin/grep): aborting ...
It looks like the whole opt/bin directory is missing!

What can I do to fix this?

Let's try forcing a reinstall:

Code: Select all

rmcfg Entware -f /etc/config/qpkg.conf
sherpa check

Thank you OneCD, that indeed did the trick. Up and running again :DD.

After the update of QTS to firmware 4.54.1715 i have some trouble with SABnzbd:

Code: Select all

# sherpa restart SABnzbd
sherpa 210605 • a mini-package-manager for QNAP NAS

fail: 'SABnzbd' service operation failed. Check (/var/log/SABnzbd.log) for more information
done: restarted 1 dependent QPKG
/var/log/SABnzbd.log:

Code: Select all

>>>>>>>>>> datetime:'Mon Jul 5 18:48:58 CEST 2021',request:'starting',QPKG:'210401',app:'3.3.1' <<<<<<<<<<
daemon: NOT active
file (/opt/bin/git): exists
update 'SABnzbd' from remote repository: OK
current git branch: master
file (/opt/bin/python3): exists
load UI ports from application: OK
start daemon: failed!
= ExecuteAndLog()
output: "Not all required Python modules are available, please check requirements.txt
Missing module: six
You can read more at: https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/installation/install-off-modules
If you still experience problems, remove all .pyc files in this folder and subfolders"
result: [1]
How I get the module "six" installed? Any ideas?

Looks like SABnzbd 3.3.1. has been released. :'

I'll do some testing and report back.

Hmm, not sure why your installation is missing the 'six' module. Please run a check operation to install it:

Code: Select all

sherpa check

Nope, doesn't work. Same Error:
[~] # sherpa check
sherpa 210605 • a mini-package-manager for QNAP NAS

done: installed 1 PIP group

[~] # sherpa install SABnzbd
sherpa 210605 • a mini-package-manager for QNAP NAS

done: installed 3 PIP groups
fail: 'SABnzbd' service operation failed. Check (/var/log/SABnzbd.log) for more information
done: installed 1 dependent QPKG
/var/log/SABnzbd.log shows the same error like above

Can you please run these commands then post the results?

Code: Select all

opkg list-installed | grep python3-six

Code: Select all

pip3 list | grep six
And then reinstall Entware (no-need to post the result for this one):

Code: Select all

sherpa reinstall ew
