In one of my senior moments I accidentally uninstalled Sonarr from my QNAP. I immediately reinstalled it and modified the config.xml file(s) located in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/SONARR3_CONFIG and /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/SONARR_CONFIG to point to the previous ports I had configured. Now when I try to load the UI I get a page that says ("message": "NotFound"). I know that I am missing something simple. It's been a very rough few weeks. I am so sorry to ask such a n00b question, but what am I missing? I did try running SortMyQpkgs and rebooting the NAS; same error.

I know ... docker version is better. I am going to move my apps to the docker versions once I get time to do so during an upcoming vacation.

I am so sorry to waste your time with dumb questions! Appreciate any assistance, TIA!

[UPDATE] For some reason restarting a second time solved the problem. Now to figure out how to import a backup from last night so all of my series and settings are returned. I'll figure it out ;)

[UPDATE 2] Backup import succeeded. Ignore me, I am a meat puppet.

It seems like qnapclub is down for almost 2 days now.
Does anyone know alternative sources where I can download the qpkg-package for Sonarr 3, media info(shared) and qmono?

What I have found at the moment with qnapclub is that the site it back up and running but there CDN is broken and not allowing downloads
Go to the web page Media Info CLI (Shared) for example
https://www.qnapclub.eu/en/qpkg/712
Press the download button and choose your model you will get a "this site can not be reached message" from a URL live this
https://cdn.qnapclub.eu/qpkg_artifacts/ ... 86_64.qpkg
if you remove the cdn from the URL to make it this
https://qnapclub.eu/qpkg_artifacts/Medi ... 86_64.qpkg
it will download.

Hope this helps

getting an error showing in QSonarr

Code: Select all

MediaInfo Library could not be loaded libmediainfo.so.0 assembly:<unknown assembly> type:<unknown type> member:(null)
Running QMono v6.12.0.122 with QSonarr and updated to: 3.0.6.1265

Managed to fix this by installing "Media Info CLI (shared)", then stopping Qmono and QSonarr. then Start QMono, then Start QSonarr. no reboot needed.

Hey.. I have a ts-131 the following stats

Freescale™ ARM®v7 Cortex®-A9 dual-core 1.2GHz processor
512mb ram,

I have tried all the packages available but the qnap is saying that none are compatible. Is my qnap just to old..

I may have a firmware version to upgrade to. I will try that..

I woke up today and found sonarr had moved the AppData directory to

/SONARR3_CONFIG

instead of the usual

/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/SONARR3_CONFIG

and no series or info was showing up, couldnt use backup data, couldn't restore, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it kept using the root folder as AppData directory. i

Is there a way to fix directory ?

Stephane, I have a new TS673A running QuTS hero 4.5.4.1813. when I tried to install from the qnap club eu repository, it was showing QSonarr 2.0.0.5338 and not version 3.0.3.698

is this an issue with just the QNAP club website thinking QuTS Hero is some older QTS?

I did install the 3.x qpkg but found the qpkg created a Thin Volume called "SONARR3_CONFIG" so I'm guessing its not full compatible with ZFS file systems.

Code: Select all

/share/ZFS30_DATA/SONARR3_CONFIG

Had Sonarr 2 installed.
Made a backup.
Uninstalled Sonarr 2.
Installed Sonarr 3.

When I try to access it with the browser at http://<nas-ip>:8989 the only thing I get is this message:

{
"message": "NotFound"
}

What can be happening?
Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:
Restarted my QNAP and now it's working again.
I imported the backup and everything looks good.

Thanks for the solution in your post.
I had to include both "Media Info CLI (shared)" and "MediaInfoCLI v17.12.0" plus reboot to get everything running on my second Qnap

Everytime I restart NAS, sonarr doesn't start. I need to stop it and start it to make it work.
It was the same sometime for radarr but now it works, but not sonarr

its probably starting in the wrong order sequence Dependencies are Qmono and possibly Sonarr is starting before QMono.

I suggest you install SortMyQPKGs package, run it and then restart your NAS.
