Although I had to re-set everything migrating to V3 ... it didn't take long to set it all up. I have to say the UI is nice, and its running nice and stable. Thanks @QNAP_Stephane

I'm having a (hopefully) minor issue in setting up Sonarr with nzbget on a QNAP NAS.

The issue is that I can't see the "Multimedia" folder when I go to add an TV Show in Sonarr. That is where I would like the shows to end up since it is the default folder for streaming media content on the NAS (although I will initially be using Plex).

I created a 'dockuser' account, and in Environment, I put the PUID and PGID for that user.

I set up nzbget with the following Shared Folders:
/downloads /share/appdata/nzbget
/config /share/appdata/config

and Sonarr with these:
/downloads /share/appdata/nzbget/completed
/config /share/appdata/config
/tv /share/appdata/nzbget/completed/tv

The idea being, the shows will download into the completed folder (and I used the 'tv' category in nzbget and sonarr). (I already see that I probably should have created subfolders under /config for each application)

In Sonarr, I wanted it to store the completed and renamed TV Shows in: /Multimedia/TV Shows/

However, when I got to add a TV Show in Sonarr, I don't get the MultiMedia directory as an option.

If anyone knows how to get MultiMedia available as the location of the finished TV Shows please let me know how. Or, suggest a different configuration for the Share Folders to achieve this end result.

you need to define the full path, not just /Multimedia

on my setup, mine is set to: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/video/TV/

Define it where? When I try to add a new Show in Sonarr, and it asks the path for the show, I can't navigate to that path (or at least I don't know how to navigate to it). I see a list of folders like: app, bin, config, defaults, dev, donwloads, etc, home, lib.... But I do not see a 'share' folder or the 'Multimedia' folder.

In Sonarr Settings, Advanced - Environment, for PATH I have this (default settings).... would adding something here make the Multimedia folder visible for Sonarr?
PATH /usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin

Thanks again!

when you add a new show you will be shown a new screen with the first field showing root folder it maybe populated with the correct path or you need to go look for it by clicking in the blank feild and selecting add new path. you are now in a file manager. start typing in the field that is blank.

ie

/share

it should then start showing you the share folder AND its sub folders. if you dont have a "/share folder, then I suggest your installation is screwed up.

I have added 3 screenshots if you get lost but its not that hard to follow. if you dont have this look or no share then there is definitely something wrong with either your sonarr setup, or NAS.

You might also want to go here: http://<NAS IP>:8989/add/import

add the share you want to add new programs to:

after upgrading my qtier ssd Sonarr3 will not open and gives this error.

SQL logic error no such column: t0.ProfileId
Version 3.0.0.298

tried an older version of app (273)
And tried yesterdays' back up db'

And stopped and started Mono and stopped and started sonarr in different orders
And rebooted NAS - 2x

FYI Radarr is working but Bazarr is not. (OperationalError('database is locked',))

No sure what i did but deleted DB and app opened then closed and added back up DB....and now working again

I'm running Sonarr 3 [3.0.0.298] on a TS-509.

Mono [5.4.1.6.0]

I'm getting an error that MediaInfo Library could not be loaded libmediainfo.so.0

Code: Select all

[v3.0.0.348] System.DllNotFoundException: libmediainfo.so.0
  at (wrapper managed-to-native) NzbDrone.Core.MediaFiles.MediaInfo.MediaInfo:MediaInfo_New ()
  at NzbDrone.Core.MediaFiles.MediaInfo.MediaInfo..ctor () [0x00006] in M:\BuildAgent\work\63739567f01dbcc2\src\NzbDrone.Core\MediaFiles\MediaInfo\MediaInfoLib.cs:69

I have mediainfo installed at /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/Entware-ng/bin/mediainfo

I cannot find libmediainfo.so.0 anywhere on the system though. And I can't figure out exactly where Sonarr is expecting to find the file so I could install or symlink to it?

If I were you I'd use the search function and search for "libmediainfo.so.0"

However, if I remember correctly I think the solution is to backup your data and delete Sonarr and reinstall. But do a search first.
