Wow!

Yes, you download PHP (Free) and Apache (Free) all the php modules you want (also free) then compile this all yourself and then create a QPKG file for you to install yourself.

dont like that option? then pay for Stephane's hard work - in his spare time.

Oh yes, you have no obligation to pay for his work, so you dont have to use it either. the choice is all yours.

Assuming Stephane is Qoolbox on QNAPClub, why does he offer some versions for free and others for money? That's like owning a store where half of it is free. Doesn't make sense. That's why I'm asking. You can take your attitude elsewhere.

Maybe I'll give it a go. Seems straightforward. https://www.reddit.com/r/qnap/comments/ ... _packages/

could this https://github.com/goodspb/pdlib be compiled with php7.4?
some facial recognition apps relies on this lib , for example: https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/facerecognition

Thanks!

Hi, can anyone confirm if performance wise does it work fine on an Atom processor?
I am using a QNAP TS-469 Pro with 3 gb RAM (4 gb physical, capped by architecture) with several packages installed (Mono, Transmission, Unifi, Radarr, Bazarr, Sonarr, Jacket, QJDK, QJRE), and am afraid I may overload the processor.
So far NAS is working fine.

Thank you!

Stephane.

just downloaded 2446.74140 and it is half the size of 2446.74130

is this correct?

Apache74_2446.74130_x86_64.qpkg = 768MB
Apache74_2446.74140_x86_64.qpkg = 374MB

Thanks for the info.

Just for your information, if you install the QPKG via ssh

# sh Apache74_2446.74140_x86_64.qpkg

once the installation has taken place, Apache74 in App center has no "Open/Stop/Start/remove" button below the icon. only a QPKG install from the App center adds this. not sure if you can add the button via SSH but looks like QNAP changed something.

First, clean the pop-up notifier status from App Center:

Code: Select all

qpkg_cli --clean Apache74
... then enable the icon. Manually set the status line for the app in [/etc/config/qpkg.conf] to 'complete':

Code: Select all

setcfg Apache74 Status complete -f /etc/config/qpkg.conf
... then reload App Center.
