Hello @QNAP_Stephane,

I've tried to do an in-app upgrade to the latest Radarr version 3.1.0.4893. However the upgrade is failing because of an outdated library "libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21". I haven't had any dependancy issues during in-app upgrades before.

Code: Select all

Is there a way for you to compile the new version including the updated library libstdc++.so.6?

thanks!

I already opened a case with Radarr devs: https://github.com/Radarr/Radarr/issues/6251

They basically suggest:

1. To follow up with QNAP Support on the outdated library
2. Move to Docker container instead of the native package

i am checking to HQ if Qnap scheduled a glibc upgrade soon

i already have a personal internal built 2.29 compiled from GPL but not sure of the impact... i would prefer it is nativ to firmware

@QNAP_Stephane,
I've installed the X41 version 3.1.1.4954 from QNAP club https://www.qnapclub.eu/en/qpkg/1007 but getting same dependancy error:

Code: Select all

[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/RadarrDotNet/Radarr] # /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/RadarrDotNet/RadarrDotNet.sh start
./Radarr: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found (required by ./Radarr)
./Radarr: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found (required by ./Radarr)
[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/RadarrDotNet/Radarr] #
Is there anything we can do fix that or we need to wait for QNAP devs to update the library?

thanks!

bump to 3.2.1.5070

armv7 now runs under another ELF (2.31) due glibc too old on firmware

Thank you @QNAP_Stephane,

I've just installed the updated version and I can confirm it now works on TS-231P2.

Hello @QNAP_Stephane,
Shortly after upgrading to 3.2.1.5070 I started having the following error:

Is that something related to the new release?

thanks

Qnap 451, latest firmware.

Was running the latest version of Radarr v0.2.0.1480. No issues.

Upgraded to Radarr.NET v3.2.2.5080 with Apache74 version due to messages saying mono version was no longer being updated.

Now i get the following error:

{
"message": "NotFound"
}

I have tried uninstalling both apps, even used WinSCP to manually remove the Radarr folder from the .qpkg folder. Nothing. I still cant get the new Radarr.NET to work.
