Google Photo's

Post by skimmer333 »

Howdy,
Have had a look around and couldn't see anything, but is there a QPKG to upload photo's to Google Photo's?
You can now store unlimited photo's that are under 15MB in size. (So a QPKG that can upload photo's under 15MB and let you know which ones it can't due to size would be awesome).

Cheers,
Skimmer

Considering Google Photos is mapped to (or direct in) Google Drive, and the photos are in a /Google Photos/yyyy/mm/ structure, this possibility should not be to far away.

Wondering if either of you have a solution yet? All I can think of is to create a Windows/Mac VM and install the Google Photos uploader.

Also quite interested in this. Since I do have a VM, I may use that in the meantime...

I too would find this functionality very useful. Syncing photos to Google Drive uses up quota, if I could sync to Google Photos it would save me monthly storage fees.

Thanks

I'm also waiting and hoping for this feature. Seems a no-brainer and I can't understand why it's not been implemented yet.

5 years waiting and counting... Seems like I already know what brand my next NAS is NOT going to be.
