exif tool(post optware)
I can't manage to compile exif-tool from source and would appreciate either working instructions or a qpkg!

exif tool is a perl application. Entware has package (ipk) with exif tool.
The package name to install is - perl-image-exiftool
Instructions to install entware are here - http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=351&t=116737

Thank you. Will try that.
I looked at a package list I found on the interweb with no luck, but perhaps not all entware are identical or I found an old list.

Re: exif tool(post optware)
Just dropped by to say that after WAYYY longer than I'd like to admit mucking around with various Docker solutions ....
This was still the 20 second solution I was looking for.
So... you know... 'hello' from a half decade away.
Thanks
