Telegram client to download files

I need a telegram bot client that could download any files from a specified telegram chat.
I need this because in office we use telegram to send the expense receipts.
At the moment we have a person that monitors during the day the telegram chat and downloads the receipts when someone sends it, after that he moves that on the Nas.
How can I automate that directly on the Nas?

what NAS environment are we talking about ?

the 9 year old Kirkwood ARM NAS with 5 year old firmware from your signature ?..or something else (container/VM support)

The NAS environment is the same of my signature that now I've updated. Same hardware and last firmware.

Doubt you will find anyone willing to port this to the EOL x19 kirkwood ARM platform (if even possible .. didn't look at dependencies)
