QNAP NAS Community Forum

I'd like to know if anyone has managed to install the latest version of Ragic DB on their NAS, which is available at the following link:

on the following site it is published that the Ragic Cloud DB 4.2.5 version would be available, but I'd like to know if anyone has managed to install it:

I'd like upgrade from 3.7.0 to 4.2.5 on my NAS (TS-559-PRO+).
I tried to ask Ragic support for help, but I still haven't been able to get a useful answer.

i am in contact with Ragic support because i would like to update my 3.7.0.1 version, too.
I was told to download the patch file from https://www.ragic.com/sims/download.jsp directly from Ragic.
Then i would need to log in to the Ragic on QNAP, go to , choose the patchfile on local disk and upload it. After it shows it was uploaded and installed in green colour you can restart Ragic.
Unfortunately every time i do this after clicking the Ragic server don´t response anymore and can´t be used anymore - even after NAS restart no chance
I also tried to replace the files on NAS through WinSCP - but after doing this and restarting the NAS exactly the same bahaviour.
I hope Ragic support can provide some solutions.
