Feature Request: Wildcards in Filters

We're using Azure backup on a QNAP and would find it useful if we could have more granular control over what is backed up. Our backup software that dumps to the QNAP does some consolidation of the multiple images files that are taken during the day, but we only want to off-site the consolidated image that has a different filename format. In our instance we'd want to backup "*.spf" and "*-c*.*" (as an example), but being able to use wildcards and multiple filters would be an excellent addition to the Azure Backup module.
