the storage account does not exist

Hi all

having an issue onsite using azure storage as the offsite backup location

i have set this up the azure side but when i try and enter the credentials on the qnap it gives me the error

the storage account does not exist or the service cannot be connected

the qnap can defiantly reach the internet and the storage account is setup to local redundancy so really struggling with this

any ideas ?

I got the same, could it be that it is a personal account or a business account?
Can you tell us what kind account it is that you have?
