Cloud services issues

I came across an issue the other day. I was with a client and they backup to Amazon s3 cloud. The authentication fails now after the external IP was changed from Time Warner to Verizon Fios. The Firewall is a Sonic wall and nothing was in the logs while trying to connect. We called s3 and you need to pay 100/month for support. We tried recreating the link, rebooting the device, with no luck. If anyone has any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Its a TS-419P+.
