Time Machine broke S3 Backup

Hi

Last Thursday, I enabled Time Machine for a couple of Macs we have on our network. Since then, our Amazon S3 Plus CloudBackup has failed the instant it's started. Going to edit the backup, I get to the "Cloud" tab and it sticks at "Loading folder list, please wait..." for ages, then fails with "Network connection error". I'm guessing it's somehow failing to deal with the new TMBackup folder? I can't even create a new backup now as it fails with the same error.

Has anyone come across this before? Is there any way around it, or am I going to have to kill off TimeMachine?

Edit: also, to confirm, I'm running S3 Plus v1.1.340 on a TS-469 Pro running v4.1.3
