Service binding and Amazon S3???

Hello,

Is it possible to use service binding with hybrid backup sync and Amazon S3 to force backup jobs to use a specified Ethernet interface?

Background:
My backup jobs were consuming so much bandwidth that I could not access the server remotely. Even getting it to respond to pings was very inconsistent. Local users did not experience as many problems.

Maybe there is an alternative way to accomplish what I am trying to do if service binding is not an option.

Does anyone know what protocol is used to backup to Amazon S3? Is it just HTTP/HTTPS?
