Backing up newly created shared folders to S3

Good Day -
In setting up the S3 Plus to backup shared folders on my QNAP TVS-1282T, when the setup wizard gets to the folder selection, I can see the following folders available for backup listed as Public, Web & homes; however, I created a new shared folder for my videos, named the same that does not show up in the wizard. What do I need to do to allow this folder to be presented to the setup wizard?
Or is there some other internal application that I should be using to backup created folders to the cloud?
