Hi,
I noticed in the last version of HBS3 that when backing up my data all filenames are loaded incorrectly.
For example document.pdf becomes ocumentLg==pdf.
I tried to upload the same file from amazon's aws console and the file name was loaded correctly. The same file within the backup process undergoes the change in the file name
This is very terrible and a serious problem because all extensions of the uploaded files are lost.
!Urgent! filename.extension wrong

This user community can't fix bugs, please contact Qnap support.
RAID have never ever been a replacement for backups. Without backups on a different system (preferably placed at another site), you will eventually lose data!
A non-RAID configuration (including RAID 0, which isn't really RAID) with a backup on a separate media protects your data far better than any RAID-volume without backup.
All data storage consists of both the primary storage and the backups. It's your money and your data, spend the storage budget wisely or pay with your data!
