latest hybrid back up version

Post by Adam-B »

Hi all,

We were backing up no problem recently until upgraded to latest firmware and also latest version of hybrid back up. It seems that the latest version of hybrid back up does not like hyphens in the path to the webdav address - anyone else experienced this? we are backing up to autotask workplace and the path has to have a hyphen.

Thanks

Stating latest versions means nothing. Always specify version and build numbers.
Use the forum search feature before posting.

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.
