McAfee is reporting to me daily on a routine scan that there are 2 affected files on my QNAP, but I cannot find a way to identify which files they are so that I can make a qualified decision about what to do with them.
They are not quarantined, so I guess that the threat is low?
Any idea how to locate these files?

Did you check the scan logs?

Yes, they are not user-friendly to read.

While I agree they could be more user friendly, I believe the logs do list the files that might be infected. I don't have any infected files, but I have the files listed that were not scanned.

Thanks @scolumbo
You were right. The info was indeed in the logs, but it wasn't easy to pick out from the other messages in the log in the browser window. I copied the log text out into a notepad document and then stretched the window out on the screen and it became much easier to read.
The 2 files have been deleted.
Job done.

Re: Which File is Infected?
just enable wordwrap in notepad. you then dont need to stretch any window. also using notepad++ is advised as it takes care of CR/LF returns.
