Hello.
The last six backup jobs from my NAS to Google cloud storage have failed after 5 minutes of run time each. The error is "Backup job [job name] is abnormally shutdown. Please try again."
I have updated to the latest app release but the error still occurs. I have also restarted the NAS. The backup job had run successfully over 120 times prior to the 2nd September. Any suggestions?
I have attached the google cloud storage app debug log in a .zip file.
TS-451, v4.1.4 (2015/8/20), single port. Google Cloud Storage app version 1.1.364 (2015/7/20).

Check your debug logs or post them (if you're sure there's nothing private within).
You can download the debug log by pressing the button on the top-right corner of the App.

You might want to be careful with those debug logs. You definitely want to pull them down from the public access.craigarnoldt wrote:Hi.

There are a large number of errors starting at 09-02:

Which file do I have to check in the debug.zip to get more information about the reason of that abnormally shutdown?
I got almost the same problem after upgrading to:
- 1.0.394 (2016/01/08) Cloud Drive Sync and
- Firmware 4.2.0 (2016/01/01)
I got a TS-210.

I just updated to Firmware 4.2.0 (2016/01/19). I hope it will getting better.

No! I just updated to the actual public beta 4.2.1 but...
since the update to build 0119 (inkl. build 0130 an the new public beta 4.2.1) the sync-job needs much more time for scanning. before the update it needs 3-4 hours to switsch in status from "scanning and syncronizing" to "syncronizing" now the job fails after 2 day in status "scanning and syncronizing" with the same abnormally shutdown.
