HBS encryption on G Drive doesn't works

Hi to all,
I have a TS-251 with latest fw, that i use for a very simple use for an home purpose. Due to I have for my works a shared folder for personal use in google drive, i want to use it as a backup of my NAS. Because it's a shared folder and not personal space, where there are a lot of folder, each one with the name of each of my collegues, I don't want that every one can acces to my personal photos of my familiy or other personal stuff.
I use to syncronize some of my folders inside the nas with the HBS 3 with dropbox , amazon drive or other. I made a new profile and i flagged in rules-criteria "encription, client side" and I added the psw. I noticed that the sincronized files in the folder in the cloud are not encrypted, probably for a mistake. So I made a new profile, I pay more attention to each passages, activate "encription cliet side"...and...same thing, the files in the cloud are not encrypted.
whats is wrong? Where I make the mistake?
