cannot longer block IP from connection logs
After installing 4.3.3.0154 system software, in the system connection logs, If I add an IP number tot the block list (forever), the IP number does not appear any more in the Security IP list (deny connections from the list). This worked perfectly in the previous system software version.

I have the same problem. The automatic adding to the block list works, as well as manually adding it to the block list. But not from the right-click menu in the connection log.

Log a support ticket. If they don't know about it they can't fix it.
Unless I'm being blind, I can't find the setting to change what kind of QNAP I have on my profile. I now own a TS-253A
