TS-651: Failed to open the Recycle Bin

Hello everyone,

Here is my issue:
TS-651, firmware 4.3.5.0728.
I can't open Recycle Bin, getting this message: "Failed to open the Recycle Bin. Please make sure you have the access right to the File Station".
At the same time I can't find File Station. In Search I find it, click and get a message: "File Station. Access Denied".

I can empty Recycle Bin but can't see what is inside.

Any help would be appreciated.
